Mr. Mohammed Juma Al Bawardi Al Falasi is a renowned entrepreneur known for being farsighted and possesses in-depth know-how of various business models and management systems. Currently the Chairman of Emdad LLC and Managing Director of Al Bawardi Enterprises, Mr. Al Bawardi regards the group as a multi-sector entity supporting Abu Dhabi's economy with new technologies. Apart from contributing and participating in the group's strategy and vision, Mr. Al Bawardi also works on exploring new avenues, refining the governance structure and ensuring strategies and vision are established to meet future challenges in the Oil & Gas markets of Abu Dhabi, GCC and regionally. Abdallah Chehab
Director - Operations
Capt. Abdallah Chehab (M. Mar. AFNI) joined Al Bawardi Marine Services (which was subsequently renamed as Marine Capabilities LLC) in 1999 as Technical Manager, before taking on the role of Operations Manager and DPA in 2001. As Director - Operations, Capt. Chehab is responsible for asset integrity, operational effectiveness, and HSE compliance of the organization. Prior to joining Marcap, Capt. Chehab was the General Manager (Marine Division) of Sea Shell Navigation Co., Ltd. which owns and operates Reefer Vessels. Capt. Chehab is also a member of the Middle East Technical Committee of American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), and an Associate Fellow of The Nautical Institute

Mr. Samer Qiblawi joined Al Bawardi Marine Services (which was subsequently renamed as Marine Capabilities LLC) in 1994.As the President & CEO, Mr. Samer is responsible for the organization's strategic management, operational and business excellence, productivity, budgeting and process improvement.A graduate from American University of Beirut, Mr. Qiblawi is proficient in English, Arabic, and French.

Mr. Sameh Qiblawi joined Al Bawardi Marine Services (which was subsequently renamed as Marine Capabilities LLC) in 1999 as Commercial Manager, where he was also overseeing purchasing, personnel, administrative, catering, and computer department on top of his commercial duties. As the Director - Administration, Mr. Sameh oversees the organization's Human Resource, Training and Development, Administrative, Financial and Accounting matters. Prior to joining Marcap, Mr. Sameh held several managerial positions in different establishments. A graduate from Lebanese American University, Mr. Qiblawi is proficient in English, Arabic and French.
