MARCAP welcomes M/V Marcap Shine

11th March 2020: Marine Capabilites (Marcap) welcomes Marcap Shine to our fleet. Registered under UAE flag, Marcap Shine is a 4200bhp Anchor Handling Towing Vessel (AHT). Equipped with double winch for 140T brakeholding and up to 75T pull, she is capable of achieving bollard pull in excess of 40T. MARCAP welcomes M/V Marcap Aida and Marcap Nisreen

23rd February 2020: Marine Capabilities (Marcap) welcomes sisters Marcap Aida and Marcap Nisreen to our fleet. Registered under Tuvalu flag, these 36 metres aluminum hull fast support vessels are equipped with triple screw engines achieving a maximum speed of approx. 25 knots and ferrying 70 passengers each. We are pleased to share that the sisters are committed on long term in the Arabian Gulf, and here's wishing them great success and favour in all their endeavours ahead. MARCAP welcomes M/V POSH Mulia

22nd August 2019: Marine Capabilities (Marcap) welcomes M/V POSH Mulia to our fleet for operations in the waters of the United Arab Emirates. POSH Mulia is an Anchor Handling Towing Vessel (AHT) driven by 4,000 BHP engines. Despite her size, she is equipped with CPP propulsion and is FiFi-1 classed. With double drum anchor handling towing winch, the 03 generators on board enables back-up and redundancy which is crucial in offshore operations. MARCAP welcomes Spud Barge "PLC-02"

07th August 2019: Marine Capabilities (Marcap) welcomes the "PLC-02" to our fleet for operations in the waters of the United Arab Emirates. "PLC-02" is a Spud Barge equipped with 02 spuds of 18 metres length, 04 mooring winches, and a 9 metres by 5 metres ramp. 31st July 2019: Marine Capabilities (Marcap) welcome M/V PW Reliance to our fleet operating in the waters of the United Arab Emirates. PW Reliance is an Anchor Handling Towing Vessel (AHT) driven by 3,600 BHP Yanmar engine, capable of achieving 41 ton bollard pull. With double drum anchor handling towing winch, she differs from most AHT in her class by having 03 generators on board, emphasizing on back-up and redundancy which is crucial in offshore. ADNOC HSE Communication Forum 2019

26th of May 2019: Marcap was privileged to be one of the three exhibitors at ADNOC Offshore HSE Communication Forum. The annual event showcased ADNOC Offshore’s emphasis on HSE, as emblazoned with the "100% HSE" logo. Attended by major vendors and contractors, the forum emphasized on greater need to be placed on evaluating of HSE during work, and every individual's responsibility to inculcate HSE as a work culture. Marcap was chosen as one of the three exhibitors for this event as a testament to our pro-activeness in HSE with the enhancement and implementation of added safety measures on board our marine fleet. Represented by CEO & President Mr. Samer Qiblawi, Director – Operations Mr. Abdallah Chehab, HSE’s Mr. Muhammad Habib, and Executive Assistant Ms. Elena Skorokhod, the booth served as a pedestal of information sharing as peers and other contractors queried and exchange ideas.
